BUBBA Q SAUCE
We believe the origin of this recipe is from Perk's Low Carb
Recipes
12 oz tomato paste
6 oz water
1 teaspoon onion powder
1
tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 stick sweet
cream butter
1 cup Splenda®
1/4 sugar free maple syrup
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons red hot sauce
Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Baste
onto meat during last 1/2 hour of cooking and/or serve warm at table.
Makes 56 tablespoons servings.
