TURKEY WRAP WITH GREEN APPLES AND NAPA CABBAGE

Serving Size: 4 wraps
12 ounces turkey breast, thinly
sliced
2 cups cabbage, julienned
1 large green apple, julienned
1 large carrot, julienned
1/8 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons apple
cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
4 tortillas
Whisk oil,
vinegar and honey together and season with salt and pepper. Pour the
dressing over the vegetables and apple and toss to mix well. Place 1/4 of
the sliced turkey and 1/4 of the vegetable/apple mixture on each tortilla
and wrap. |
