Portfolio Eating Plan: Almond Board of California
This power-packed smoothie is adaptable to different fruits
– but both peaches and blackberries provide heart-healthy soluble fiber.

vanilla soy milk 2 cups frozen peaches 1 cup frozen blackberries
2 tablespoons almond butter 2 tablespoons honey |
