Paniolo Breakfast Casserole Ole (Paniolo B&B Ranch and Spa, Bourne, Texas)
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs
1 lb sausage
7 oz green chile sauce
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 lb mild cheddar cheese grated
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion salt
- Brown sausage and drain grease
- Blend eggs, chile sauce, mustard,
Worcestershire, onion salt in electric blender
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl,
pour into a large buttered ovenproof casserole dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes
until eggs set up and are slightly golden on top.
