GOLDEN DOOR ICED LEMON MINT TEA

For 4 servings:
1 cup brewed Mint Tea (double strength)
1 cup brewed Lemon Tea (double strength)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups water
2-3 teaspoons honey or no-calorie sweetener to taste)
Lemon Wedges and Mint Sprigs
Brew double strength teas. To double the strength, use 2 teabags (or portions) for each cup of tea, rather than one teabag or portion, so that the tea is strong and concentrated. Cool the brewed teas. Combine the cool teas, lemon juice, and water, in a large pitcher. Add honey or sweeteners as desired to taste, and stir to blend. Serve over crushed ice in tall glasses, with a lemon wedge and mint sprig for each serving.

1-1/2 cups fresh cranberry juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups chilled rosé wine
3 tablespoons fructose or no-calorie sweetener to taste
2 cups soda water
Garnish:
4 orange slices
4 thin pear slices
Mint Springs
Combine all beverage ingredients in a large pitcher. Pour over crushed ice in 4 tall glasses. Garnish each glass with a thin slice of orange, pear, and a mint sprig.
