1 ounce corn starch
1 ounce sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 teaspoons chopped walnuts
2 ounces white flour
1 ounce sugar
1 tablespoon spray butter
1/4 teaspoon salt 1. Yogurt Sauce: Mix 3 Tbsp. yogurt with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and 2 drops vanilla. Stir and refrigerate.
2. Topping: With a fork mix fl our, sugar, & butter spray. Toss together until crumbles form. Set aside.
3. Filling: Mix with a fork sugar, cornstarch, & salt. Slice apples and coat them with mixture as you cut them so they don’t turn brown. Spray ramekins lightly with pan spray. Fill with apples. Spoon yogurt on the middle in the center. Sprinkle with walnuts. Then spoon topping on and bake at 400° for 20 minutes Yield: 6 servings
